New in Service Buddy: Smarter AI and Faster Workflows for Flooring Showrooms

We made several updates to help teams work faster, reduce manual entry, and get better visibility across the business.

Buddy AI New Model Is Live

Buddy AI made a big jump forward. It is now faster, more accurate, and better at understanding questions about your business.

You can ask questions like:

• What were sales last month by employee? Show me a graph.
• Which vendors are we selling the most?
• How are sales trending this year?
• Which quotes need follow-up?
• Show me sales by location this year.
• What customers have not purchased from us recently?

Buddy AI can now return answers, build charts, and export reports to CSV or Excel.

This gives teams a faster way to understand what is happening across sales, customers, vendors, quotes, and locations without digging through reports manually.

This is a major step forward for AI inside Service Buddy. We are continuing to build toward a more hands-on AI assistant that can help take action for you, such as texting customers, sending emails, and helping reorder products. We expect to release the next version in late July.

Auto-Save for Quotes, Jobs, Invoices & Purchase Orders

Quotes, jobs, invoices, and purchase orders now auto-save as you work.

This helps reduce lost work and removes the need to manually save every change.

Box Quantity Calculations

Service Buddy now supports box quantity calculations across quotes, jobs, invoices, and purchase orders.

This is helpful for products sold or ordered by the box, carton, or package. Service Buddy can calculate the right quantity based on how the item is set up, so teams do not have to do the math manually.

Location-Based Logos

Multi-location businesses can now show the correct logo based on the location tied to the record.

This applies to customer-facing documents and emails, giving each location a cleaner and more consistent customer experience.

Dedicated Work Order Tab

Work orders now have their own dedicated tab.

Teams can view, search, delete, and customize work order columns from one place instead of jumping into each job.
